1965 Vespa Allstate with clear Ohio title in my name. Great project scooter. Starts and runs. Very complete with hard to find parts - original badge, key for lock, taillight, etc. Does need new front fork and new clutch plates. Old fork is bent but these are easy to find and replace. Clutch plates are slipping but relatively easy to replace and cheap. Missing headlight but have repro I will include. I replaced fuel tap and a few cables.
